What is the Mini Superhero Challenge?
The Children with Cancer UK “Mini Superhero Challenge” is a nationwide challenge encouraging people to take on a challenge based around the number 12 (in recognition of the 12 children on average, that are diagnosed with cancer in the UK every day).
Who can sign up?
The Children with Cancer UK Mini Superhero Challenge was originally predominantly designed for all schools and youth groups / organisations. We’ve recently adapted our challenge in light of the Coronovirus (COVID-19) pandemic, so the challenge is essentially open to anyone wanting to be a Children with Cancer UK Superhero and help us in our fight against the injustice if childhood cancer. So if you’re an individual or want to sign up as a family, then we’d be absolutely delighted to have you on board.
What do I have to do?
Choose the challenge you want to take on – select an activity from the tried and tested list which can be found HERE or be as creative as your imagination and current government guidelines allow. The challenge is completely flexible so whether you want to encourage your little heroes to be more active, more helpful around the house or increase their reading, there’s sure to be a challenge that will suit your specific circumstances.
Don’t forget to click on the ‘Register’ button to set-up your online fundraising page and receive your free fundraising pack via email which will have everything included to help get you started!

JustGiving is an online fundraising platform. Using JustGiving is safe and secure. Once you register, you'll automatically receive a “Mini Superhero Challenge” online supporter page. Use this page to share your efforts for Children with Cancer UK with your friends and family.
Is there a target?
Whilst there isn’t a specific target, any child raising and donating over £12 will receive one of our fantastic Mini Superhero badge as a little memento of our thanks for their amazing efforts!
